If it is a simple scope of work, no. Example: "check on my bushes, lawn, and trees, mulch, and send us a quote for it all. Now for a landscape project, design change, we recommend doing a property walk with us, scheduling about 15min to walk and talk through the scope of work.

We provide commercial lawn care services for office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial sites. Our commercial maintenance plans are built for reliability and consistent curb appeal.

Our Toro Basic & Toro+ have a set number of set services (21) at the lowest. The price of all services is divided into 12 months to give you a set price per month. This means that instead of skipping, we just reroute a service to a different month of your choosing in your route, to make sure it is planned, and you are not forgotten off schedule. Ex: skip 1 service this month, it is still $xx this month, but now you have 3 services in another month and still just pay the same $xx.  For a rain delay, we just reroute the service to the nearest days to keep you in schedule.

No, actually we have the most fair system here, if you leave within the term, and you overpaid, we will refund you the difference, the same promise we expect that if you leave and underpaid the value of services we completed, we send an invoice to reconcile the difference for accounting purposes.. We are just charging for the value of services completed. This helps both parties come out happy, and $0 to "cancellation fees." This is a high trust version of lawn care that you cannot get with anyone else! Example: your service is $60/service with 21 services per year, total value divided by 12mo is $105/mo. If you sign up in Dec, and quit in February (3 service provided), you have overpaid by $135, which will be refunded. Opposite applies for reconciliation invoice.

At the moment we do not spray herbicide, but we can help with weeds inside mulch and rock beds.
